The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information upon our arrival. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, exceeding our expectations. the hotel's facilities were of a high standard, with a great kids area and a nicely decorated reception area.

There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with.

Had lovely stay at the Floris Hotel and the weather was warm sunny. The setting was quite ideal within easy reach of 't Zand. I was met by ACCOMMODATING and exceptional staff at the lobby.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the spacious quadruple rooms that felt like apartments. The hotel's location was fantastic, and we enjoyed the lovely pool and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and the night porter added a touch of humor to our stay.

My room was cheap with an exceptionally comfortable bed and perfect breakfasts. Great facilities there. The location was practical, around 10-15 minutes walk from a bustling plaza.

Conveniently located near the old town, with a car park nearby for a reasonable price. Beautifully decorated common areas, including large lounges with historic and industrial decor. Good for families with a play area for kids and an indoor pool. Staff were professional and knowledgeable in multiple languages. Delicious and diverse breakfast buffet with accommodating opening hours.

Attractive hotel with good wi-fi, the location is perfect down to the town square. Historic Centre of Brugge district deserves to be explored.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the local activities and landmarks. It's also close to everything you'll need to see in this city. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet classic interior. The staff were helpful and cute, making us feel right at home. The buffet breakfast was really good, and we loved having the pool for our kids. the hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable.

Some of the hallways by the lift are uneven and could cause accidents.

This place is amazing! I was lucky to get a free room upgrade to a suite, it was such a big room! The location is perfect too, within walking distance to all the local sights and easily accessible by bus. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even provided me with a gluten-free breakfast at no extra cost. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool, it was a great way to relax.

The pool area was beautiful and provided a refreshing break after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, especially the delicious Brie cheese. the staff were friendly and were great too ensure our comfort.
